This cake was for a midwife, the only thing I could think of without being crude, The joke on the cake is two ugly parent looking into room full of babies and asking the nurse to be put out of their misery and tell them which baby is theirs, well can you spot it. The other fun part of the cake is at the side, a little wire that the midwife pull to reveal a little baby with the words on it saying a midwifes work is never done then she has to cut the cord to release it, I didnt get any pictures of that.
