I have never had issues with black bleeding on my buttercream. I would thin your icing with milk or half and half rather than water.
What did you use for the shiny stuff on the topper...I really like that (as well as the rest of the cake)
So cute! Did you have a problem with the black BC bleeding onto the purple? I have a wedding cake to make where the bride wants black scrollwork on white BC...help?
