This cake is iced smooth with buttercream. Large Cheer Bear is made using the Wilton Stand-up Bear Pan. Smaller Care Bears go all the way around the cake and are made using the Wilton Mini-Bear pans. Entire cake is decorated using buttercream.
I love this cake! My daughter who is 8 still loves the Care Bears and would love this, too. In fact, I just bought her the mini bear pan, but wasn't even thinking about turning them into Care Bears. Great idea!
