The bun is WASC with strawberry filling, and BC icing. The patty is a chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling, BC icing and cookie crumb coat for texture. Made for a gentleman's 80 something BBQ birthday party. 3 - 10' round, was to feed 80+ people, they actualy ended up with 150-ish people, and everyone still had a piece. I also changed my fondant recipe with this one, first time none was left on any plates - they even started peeling it off the board and eating it! Never thought I'd see that happen!
