I made this cake for the Cops for Cancer picnic tomorrow. My daughter had Leukemia and is a buddy mentor for one of the cops who rides to make money for Childhood Cancer research. This cake is a 1/4 sheet white filled with jam and iced in buttercream , I did the logo and writing in royal icing. I have one more cake to do for them tomorrow and will post the picture then
