This was try number two at a wedding cake! Still having problems with stacking off center! One of these days maybe! I need some options, please! Do I keep this up and keep trying or do I need to stick to charcter cakes?

Unless you are seeing something that the picture isn't showing, it looks FINE, not off center at all ! And a "beauty" to boot !
