Here is one reason why I dont fall asleep right away at night! lol This was a concept cake that i checked online and havent seen it done the way I wanted it done. The cake itself is banana, then it has strawberry and pineapple filling (done in small areas like a bullseye) The top has chopped nuts, whip cream *melting due to the heat* and chocolate with more strawberry, raspberry and pineapple. The frosting is strictly vanillia. It came out pretty good but next time it'll be a round cake.
