Flower Tower
I haven't done anything with decorating for a year and have only taken the first two Wilton classes. So this was my first actual cake I have ever done. I got the design from the Wilton Tiered Cakes book. It was definately a learning experience and I had some tense moments as I delivered it. It was so hot and all I could do was sit and watch the frosting slide off. I was able to do some quick repairs and I think it turned out okay and the people loved it, I guess that is what matters.
I honestly can't see ANYTHING wrong from this picture! I think it looks beautiful! I bet a whole lot of cake decorators can't WAIT for summer to be OVER!!!...lol
