4-tiers(double layers) yellow cake with buttercream icing. Delicate scroll design with fabric ribbon and soft edible handmade pearls. Fresh flower cake topper. This cake served 485 people.

This cake is BEAUTIFUL!! What sizes are the cakes? I am getting ready to make a cake to feed 300 and I am a little nervous about it! Did you transport each tier and then assemble when you got there? How long did it take you to assemble? Where did you get the scroll pattern? What is the "A" done in? Sorry for all the questions but I am fairly new to this!
