this cake was for one of my boys weddings. It is a 16". 13", 10" and 7" round almond cake with raspberry, strawberry and barvarian cream filling and buttercream icing. The flowers are live roses and it served approximently 255 people.
since this is what I do for a living, it did not take me long. I baked the cakes the day before and about 2 hours to ice and decorate. Make sure you buy your flowers the day before and store in the refrig.
