In community album: 2006 Wedding Cake Contest
This was my second wedding cake.  Top tier is chocolate, bottom tier is white.  All iced with buttercream frosting & all buttercream flowers (roses & daisies).  The caterer from this reception approached me & asked for a business card!!  Big deal for me who only works out of my home & had only done cakes for friends & family!!  Idea came from a Wilton Yearbook.

Red Roses & Daisies with Basketweave

Thanks!! Believe it or not, this is almost the same as my first wedding cake, same design, but different flowers! The idea came from a Wilton book, 1991, I think. My sister-in-law fell in love with it & knew it was what she wanted before she was engaged!! Thanks for the comment!!
