Sandwich Cake on Cake Central

Made with sandwichslices, fish, creamcheese and other stuff.

(I have to continue my comment here, cos I couldn't write it under my first one) For filling no 3 I fixed creamcheese, fish (we call it coldsmokedfish) and spices. After torting this "cake" wrap it with saran and put your cuttingboard or somethig over it to press it. Put the cake to fridge to stay over night. Next day unwrap it. Put creamcheese all over the cake and then decorations. ...sorry my english, but this is mostly how I made this.

It's very traditional cake here in Finland. First I put breadslices horisontally and moisture them with vegetablesoup. Then I use 2 or 3 different fillings. I put filling-bread-filling-bread...and so on. Breadslice will be at the bottom and at the top. Bread should always be moistured very well (this cake took 5-6 desilitres of vegetablesoup/broth?). For filling number 1 I mixed boiled eggs, butter, spices. For number 2 I mixed creamcheese, paprika, pickled cucumber, spices.
