Keep On Trucking
Made these cakes for a company picnic. Iced with Bettercream icing, topped with strawberries and cookie crumbs. I used a loaf pan for the trailer part of the truck and a mini load pan for the truck front. I cut part of the end and stacked it on top. The wheels are oreos.
