Pirouette Cake With Ghiradelli Chocolate

This was a chocolate cake with an expresso filling. I used the Pepperidge Farm pirouette cookies around the sides, and melted Ghiradelli milk chocolate on top. It was REALLY rich, but very yummy. Definitely for chocoholics!

Your cake look really good! Did you have to use a spring form pan? I want to make Tiramisu similar to this but have lady fingers lined up around the cake.
