Wilton Course 1 Finale Cake
I completed course 1 tonight! Yea! I'm glad it's over and I'm ready to move on to more fun flower techniques. I'm glad I took the course 1 cake class. I dedicated this cake to my DH because he's been watching the kids while I've been in class.

How did you make the roses so large? What tip did you use? Bigger than 104? (My sister lives in Okinawa, is that where you are?)

Yes, I am in Oki. It's such a small world! I did use 104, I'm not sure why they turned out so big either. LOL. I did notice that they were bigger than the photo in the book. I did 1, 3, 5 & 7 petals as she said. Thank you all for your lovely comments!
