How do you get your cakes so smooth on top?
I use the Viva paper towel method.. Or sometimes when I dont have paper towels I will use a car shamy.. (did I spell that right) anyway, I have those on hand for cakes only!! I also try to use a lint roller on it first.. although they are virtually lint free! Good Luck!
