In community album: Round Wedding Cakes
This is probably the 2nd largest cake I have made.  The tiers are 16, 12, 12, 9, 7 and 5.    Flowers are mostly commercial gumpaste; some I made.  The topper is hand made - a gumpaste bowl filled w/styro and flowers glued to it.

Forgot to mention I had to deliver this at 7 a.m. for an 8:30 reception starting time! I made the bow loops.

big and beautiful. how do would you slice the tall 12inch layer.

Thank you all for your comments. The cake is iced in b'cream. For the extra tall 12" layer, there is a seperation between them so they would be taken apart just as you would any other 'tiered' cake.
