I followed a picture of the rear of this jacket to copy the design onto the cake. I drew the logo onto paper first so that I could get the size right to fit onto the cake. I cut out the logo to make a template then cut around the red sugarpaste. I left it on my workboard for a little while to set before lifting it onto the cake so that it wouldn't break. I slid a piece of A4 card under it and transferred the design onto the cake. A little edible glue in various places and it was done!
