Chocolate chip cookie mountain on top of a marble cake with chocolate ganache filling, buttercream frosting, fondant trees, flowers and climber. I saw this idea of the cookie mountain on the web about a year ago and thought it was interesting and saved the picture, so I knew just what kind of cake I was going to make!
