Cascading Strawberries.
14" and 10" chocolate fudge cake to go with Amy's cake. Told assistant to secure a few strawberries with toothpicks--she didn't. Every time I turned around, another strawberry had jumped ship. Secured back in place with toothpicks. Had to turn the table 2 times to hide the strawberry suicide attempts...LOL!
