I just finished this one for my Dad's birthday tonight. Its all Paula Deen's Bananna Nut Cake, the bottom tier has my Nana's custard for filling. I did the Angel's logo in FBCT, then used my sports ball pan. My piping is getting worse and worse, so I have some definite issues with my baseball stitching. (I'm in the works for carpal tunnel surgery.) This was of course inspired by many other cakes here on CC.
