Pink & White Polka Dot With Roses
I did this cake at my Course 2 final class last night. I had already made the basketweave with royal flowers before so I wanted to try a different look. I saw a cake like this one awhile ago and loved it so I thought I would give it a go.

Oh Misdawn, you have no idea how much your remark made to me. I have had such a hard time learning to do roses. Here is a hint, put a bit of corn starch (about a tsp or so) into your icing. It helps hold up the petels.

Those are just about the prettiest roses I've ever seen! Mine always have thick yukky edges. I wish I had your talent.
