The hardest cake I have EVER done! The icing was a bi$ch! Also, the wedding was outdoors...88 degrees that day...this pic was taken after about 45 minutes in the heat.

OMG...the red was sooooo dark, but that's what the bride wanted! The flowers are gum paste with silver shimmer dust
Didn't someone on the forum suggest red Jello or Kool Aid to start up the red? The color is great though.

I used 6 bottles of color over a 2 week period!
good god, 6 bottles!! The cake is beautiful..what kind of flowers are they..its hard to see with the glare..
