Classic Rose And Swags on Cake Central

Rose and Swags, 50th Anniversary Cake. Mahogany chocolate and vanilla whipped cream cake. Filling is raspberry butter cream and coverature is raspberry flavored white chocolate fondant. There was also an ornate number 50 created in gold to go on top, but the cake had to travel 100 miles to its venue so I packed it separately.

Thanks for the encouraging comments. Yes, I forgot to mention that the roses are gumpaste, the swags are a 50:50 mixture of gumpaste and fondant.

In Powerpoint created 1 large center circle and two same size small circles that over lapped on the sides. "Grouped" image and resized for larger bottom layer. Provide email address if more detailed required.

This is beautiful. I love the color of your roses. I wish my client wanted red roses!! It's in my favorites. Oh, and how do you make the White Chocolate Fondant? Is it just a flavoring or actual white choc. added?? Thanks!
