Graduation Cookie Bouquet

This is a bouquet I made for my Grandson's kindergarten graduation. Butter cookies with lemon icing. The tassels are rice paper.

lovely...what icing recipe did you use? I love the shiny pearlish effect..

Thank you. I use Antonia 74 royal icing (this site in recipes). After it dries overnight I brushed it with dry pearl dust.
