This was made for my sister's coffee addiction. It was 4 layers alternating chocolate and yellow - to appease all 125 guest - with espresso buttercream. All decorations on the outside were made of white and dark chocolate. She kept the top layer for herself!

I did it on acetate and put the melted chocolate in a small squeeze bottle (similar to the red ketchup ones you see at bbq's) which made it easier to maneuver.

The cakes are covered in fondant. The chocolate pieces are "glued" on with buttercream.
