Astronomical Observatory
Groom's cake modeled on the Palomar Observatory. It was displayed with an amazing solar system bride's cake that I didn't make and therefore can't post. Gluten-free carrot cake: 3 nine-inch layers and the dome baked in a bowl stacked with Grand Marnier IM "Buttercream" and covered in fondant. Apparently no-one could tell that it was gluten-free becasue it all disappeared really quickly.
