Margarita Cake

Yellow cake flavored with margarita mix and a touch of tequilla. Lime curd filling. Lime BC. I think this is becoming my "signature" cake!

I love it! Simple and perfect. How much margarita mix do you use and do you substitute it for any extracts? Great cake! My hubby doesn't eat cake but I bet if I made one like this, he'd have to try it!
