This was for my husband's birthday. He loves fishing and the outdoors. Got lots of ideas from this wonderful site. Thanks everyone! My first time using fondant. I used the alternative recipe from this site. I could have made a much larger cake because I had so many ideas. I am very new at cake decorating but have caught the BUG!

Thank you so much! I haven't had any training and am unsure about what I am doing but I definitely love it. It is far below others that I have seen on this site but I have something to strive for! Any suggestions would be appreciated.
