This is a cake for my uncle's birthday. His wife is a nurse, and the text on the cake (not added yet) is going to read "bottom's up!." This was my second FBCT ever, and the first one that turned out right.

Did you add luster dust to the red? It looks so shimmery!
No, actually, my icing kept trying to separate, and in person it really looked like the colors were just swirled in with the red.It had a neat effect after the cake was done, but when I was making the stuff I was just freaking out.
