This was my first experience with fondant, and I was really happy with how it came out. The people at the shower refused to cut the cake because they thought it was too cute- I ended up having to cut it :). I dont think I will go back to regular frosting any time soon, the fondant was easy to use and looks flawless. My only complaint is rolling it out to a uniform thickness, I had trouble with that.
