This was one of two cakes for my daughter's princess/pirate birthday party. I really liked the way this turned out, but I was a bit too impatient and put the chocolate castle on the cake at home (instead of waiting until I transported it to the party). So, it cracked the cake and had to be supported by the wall behind it. Lesson learned. The letters are chocolate transfer.
