Cheesecake Wedding Cake
This was my Brother's Wedding Cake, he and his bride wanted to be different and got a 3 tier cheesecake covered in milk chocolate and strawberries and drizzled in white chocolate and borders of burgundy royal icing flowers. The cake was a challenge sice we live in Belize Central America and this time of the year is very hot!!!
