I made this for my younger brothers 21st birthday. Be kind . . . I had 3 hours of sleep in over 48 hours so I was exaused when trying to put this one together. On top of that, my mixer died that morning so I didn't get to make fondant like I had wanted. Its a white cake with lemon filling on top, chocolate with whipped ganache on the bottom. All buttercream. You can't really tell, but my boyfriend found the topper in Las Vegas and it actually lit up!
