This is a birthday cake done for my co-workers. It's a vanilla enhanced mix cake (CC recipe). I used buttercream icing and mixed it with choc. fudge, the one one uses for ice cream. It gave it the mocha color and it tasted really good. I used melted choc chips to decorate the edge and sides of the cake. I used the same choc melted chips to dip the strawberries and than dipped te choc. covered strawberries in coconut. The filling of the cake was of strawberries preserved. Everyone enjoyed my cake.
