This is a birthday cake that I did for a French friend last week. This was the first cake he ever got for his wife in the six years that they've been married. He didn't know what he wanted me to do for her or even what her fovourite colour is. At least he knew that she liked vanilla cake. So I did the same colour combo that I've used on another cake that I made. I did it once and I just love it together. I'm sure you'll see it again.
