This was the first helmet I did about a month ago. Its was for a Memphis TN firefighter. Again three red velvet cakes carved to match the contour of a real carnes 1010 helmet I got from my closet. everything is fondant. Its air brushed or I used a food color pen to draw the details on the eagle and shield. Good luck I poured sugar to make the eye protection shields. They call them Burk's.
