Chocolate Fudge,BC icing. Companion cake to dolfin's cake. First cake I've made since Wilton Class 2. That was 3 years ago. I forgot how much I hated those little stars!

Yes, you are right those star's are tough on the hands, but your cake turned out really nice!

and to think that wilton says these cakes are easy ... maybe tedious but goodness, you can only do so many stars before you go insane!! Great cake! :D
