Round & Square Cake
I hardly ever mix shapes in wedding cakes. This wedding was only for 60, but the bride really wanted both shapes...so I did it.
I liked this cake well enough until I let the florist decorate it herself. The lillies at the top look like alien antennae to me! hee hee

I think the cake looks beautiful! I love how smooth that buttercream is...do you have any tips? I do not let florists touch the cake...too afraid they'll mess it up. I think the flowers would have been prettier if you would have arranged them, but still stunning.
