Made this at work this past weekend. It's cheesecake covered in fondant. I have a before flowers pic and after, I don't like it much with the flowers...not favorite florals. Anyway...the decorations are all royal icing with pearl dust on top.
I love it without the flowers, such a beautiful and clean design. Your cakes are awesome!!!. Was the cheesecake a normal baked cheesecake or a sepcial recipe for wedding cakes??
