Both of these are baby food carrot cakes, the one using the crystallized ginger, I was so determined not to make a mistake with these like I did with my brothers when I added maple flavoring to the cake mix. I failed. I added sweet potato baby food instead, but on the plus side it tasted more like a spice cake, so it turned out ok. I swear sweet potatoes look a lot like carrots.
