Trout Fishing
First time using Rich's Bettercream Icing. It was a little hard to work with since I am used to crusting buttercream and using VIVA papertowel to smooth it out. Though, I did airbrush and add details as I would with the BC and it worked out fine. Customer wanted to use the plastic figures and I tried to think of a way to use them that didn't look like a cake you would get at Wal-Mart. I hope I achieved it. The party is today.
You did a wonderful job on this cake!! I really like it and I know it will be a big hit at the party!!

For all those interested, I didn't mean in any way to down Walmart Cakes! I just usually don't use plastic figures and such because if that is what you are wanting you can go to someplace like Walmart and get a mass produced cake. I try am make original creations that you wouldn't find there. That is my niche! Though sometimes that is what the customer asks for so you must comply.... plastic figures and all. Thanks so much for the compliments. I didn't mean to sound conceded~
