My first MMF cake. Turned out pretty nice I think and customers were pleased! I learned that if I use cornstarch that it makes the fondant too hard to work with.

Did you find it hard cover the square cake with fondant? I am doing one for the first time for this weekend and am nervous - any suggestions?
You did a very nice job. I really like the twisted border on the bottom and the bow turned out really pretty!!
