Thank you for the comments, my mom said it was the nicest cake she had ever received for her birthday, made me choke up a little:); bubba21, cakes were a 10 and 6". I rolled the fondant out really thin and then placed dowels above and below the fondant where I wanted the creases, then I pulled out the dowels and pushes the swags together a bit, then just attached with a little BC at the ends where I attached it to the cake.
