White Chocolate Poinsettia Cake
Did this cake for a open foods contest at our local fair. This cake was judged on TASTE not looks. It didn't even place because it wasn't light and fluffy. But the ONE judge did say she thought it should have gone into the cake decorating section instead of foods as it was so pretty. Duh, that's were it would've went if they had a Holiday category!!

Don't judges make you crazeeee???? I would sure like to know how you made the leaves.
Doleta - I melted white candy melts - tinted some pink - painted the pink veins on back side of lemon leaf, painted on white chocolate on entire leaf, froze for 5 minutes, peeled off leaf!
