I am really proud of this centerpiece. Sorry, you have to lay down to view this pic. There were 17 dozen star and tree shaped cookies making up this tree.
I wrote down as I went this time, but, I have been too busy to type it up. I will try to get it together and post it. I use a styrofoam cone in the center and stack 3 sizes of stars and a very skinny Christmas tree shape around it. The skinny tree adds a few longer branches here and there. I use buttercream for glue between the layers and then drizzle royal for the snow.
The lady that purchased this tree for Christmas asked me if I thought I could make a stacked cookie baby bottle! I turned that one down flat. I would love to figure out how to make a stacked cookie angel.
