It is rolled butter cream for the mushrooms, peperoni, and meatballs. I made up a bunch of shades of red and brown(liquid colors) and then gently needed different colors together to get the colors I wanted, but you can't need them too much or you'll loose your shading and details. The cheese is coconut. I put half in a bag with liquid yellow food coloring and needed it untill I got chees yellow. After frosting I threw both cheese and all the toppings out on the cookie and left them where they fell. Ohh...
