I made this cake for my cousins daughter who is turning 7 today. She is a huge HK fan. This was my gift to her. Inspiration came from some cakes here at CC. (It had to, I'm not that talented.) French vanilla cake (box) with bavarian cream filling covered in MMF with gumpaste accents. The only thing that is not edible is the image itself. I didn't have a topper so I printed one from one of her books and laminated it.
