yes I'd like to know what recipe you used for the icing. I'm sending my niece cookies that spell Happy Birthday, but I don't know what icing to use becuase they have to be mailed. This would be perfect!
My recipe is posted in the recipe section under Frostings. It is the "Royal Icing for Decorated Cookies". Just a hint, let the cookies you mail dry for 2 days solid before packing them up!
