white cake, center is ice cream, all buttercream icing. this is the baseball filled with ice cream my son wanted. we had his party at our local pizza parlor so as you can see the ice cream was trying to melt on us. turned out pretty good just didn't really like the taste of the cake after it had been in the freezer. the football really tasted great. but, he loved his cake. the sad part is, he is not a real big cake eater and never even at a piece.
